What CL do most retire at and associated salary

Trying to figure out what CL most people reach and ending pay to compare to other options. I heard 29 is a common ultimate potential but that doesn’t mean everyone gets to it I suppose.

Generally, at the point you retire, you should be making EU10K for each CL level.
At least that's the case at Budapest.

People definitely lie. EMIT 27, average 350k. A fact.

It is ultimately based on IQ, Opie.
If you worked here, you would know that.

Heard that most people retire at T3 CL27 (always lower than their potential on paper). T2 consists of about 10-15% of company, and T1/execs <5% (thank goodness), so this should apply to most employees out there.

For upstream, 29 is the common ultimate potential. It might be a notch lower for Downstream. There is no limit for lower CLs, but around CL 28? and above there are set numbers, i.e. someone has to go to create an opening. With all the retirements that might not be an issue anymore.

So what would a 26/27 in EMIT be when near retirement salary wise?

In EMIT in the US, 26-27 is where the broad majority end up. This includes many who were told they’re “CL30 or CL34 potential”
