I’m not uprooting my family to move to a city I’ve never been to. I’m not trusting fiserv to not fire me after I move. I’m not trusting current leadership even knows how to run this company. I hope I get some severance but either way, I’m out

I’m not relocating in the United States to talk to people in India. Again, please explain how this improves collaboration. It does not matter what city I live in or even if I come into an office
I know of international cases where people have moved countries to work in Fiserv only to be told on arrival "sorry corporate imposed an overnight hiring freeze and we have to withdraw our offer of employment"
Houses where I live are $150/sq ft. Berkeley Heights is $400/sq ft. So unless my salary is doubled then no
This all sounds very wasteful of money and focus. Other than support are any large revenue increasing initiatives even moving forward at this point. That can’t bode well for the future
Ditto, wouldn't move across the street for Fiserv and it's merry band of misift leadership. They are unstable, clueless, do not care about anything but filling 2K seats in the armpit of America. What a bunch of id--ts if they think asking people to move, uproot their families just so Frank and Guy fill an obligation they made to NJ is a good strategy. Shows how out of touch they are with people in this company. People who have worked countless weekends and nights with no pay, sh---y pay to boot and systems that support clients failing by the minute. Good luck people, look out for yourself, don't believe a damn thing this company says or promises, they are not trustworthy at all.
Well said. Why anyone would pick and move to another location for Frank is beyond me. Time to get out.
Same here, not uprooting my family for a job that is not secure. Even with the salary increase which was really good, I’d rather not relocate. Stay as long as you can to get your severance package and then leave.
If you're asked to relocate, you could be asked to do it again
If you relocate to your new "home," there's no promise it's permanent. You could be laid off or asked to uproot (again)
If you refuse to relocate, you are not guaranteed further compensation upon your exit. All depends on the wheeling and dealing made on your behalf
If you are someone who asks a lot of questions, you do not fit with the new FS culture
If you are not vaccinated, ultimately, you're considered a problem
If you like yourself, you'll remain in control of your destiny always following your own agenda
