Not sure what it is really called, as I have yet to know of anyone receiving. Curious if ANYONE received a bonus throughout the year for the immediate recognition of a job well done - that is how it was sold to us at the beginning of the year anyway. I personally haven't seen or heard of any - should we have some hope that the $$$ shows up at our usual bonus time? Ha

I received a $10k Connection award.
I've been in the top rated group probably the last 5 years. All previous years I got one, not this year.
I'd only get noticed in a bad way in my job if I mess up something so it's not the cutting edge spectacular thing that somebody would reward for a specific project. At the end of the year, if I prevented problems, that's when I got rewarded. But my type of job is not valued in the new system.

For those looking for one, bring it up in the 1:1 meetings that you are supposed to be having with your manager? Not having that regular 1:1? Schedule it yourself in Quantum and begin documenting the meetings. That is what is supposed to be happening. It is your chance to hold your manger accountable.
Your manger does have to submit paperwork so in many cases maybe they are too lazy or they have given up on this place. If your manager is being overlooked perhaps their attitude is they are not going to go out of their way to process one for their direct reports.
That is why scheduling the 1:1 and listing the talking points in Quantum is important.
next step will be to shave away at the annual bonus as a % of your base salary...watch out the Stank is in the shadows....
I think my Boss is just too lazy to do the paperwork... because our team is pretty tight and I am reasonably sure no one has gotten squat.
I could use a couple of $8K spot bonuses. Do they need to catch you in the act of doing something above and beyond the call of duty?

I got one for 4k. They come in increments of 2k, 4k, and 8k.

I got one for 4K a few months ago.
I received a connection reward earlier in the year and I expect I’ll get another one before the EOY, but even with that one it’ll be less than half of what my year end bonus was for last year. Overall, about a $10,000 cut from TC compared to last year. Thanks T!!!!!
I received a connection award and I know of 1 other on my team who received one as well. You are really not supposed to talk about it much like individual bonuses of the past.
I got one for 5K a few weeks ago. Never received an IPI before that.
One person I know got one. Pretty rare.

I got one for 5k in sept. but they still had a boatload of money left to distribute somewhere around 900k.
I’m not aware of anyone receiving one. Not that everyone got an IPI anyways, but some folks did. With this new thing, idk of anyone that’s gotten one.
