I am topped out, and didn't get a raise. Anyone here with the same situation?

I was a hero working to keep a optical open and poof my tech get a 5 dollar raise and we get a well you make enough so be happy. bitter taste in my mouth. not even a chicken and a card .. not cool not cool
Be thankful. With the 2% most will never cap out.
If you're topped out it means you make more money than anyone else in your department. I'll que the band for your pity party.
Yes, the gap has narrowed even more, as I expected. Looking for anyone that had been topped out previous to this round, to confirm I'm not the only one shunned this time.
No, I got bumped a couple cents to minimum and the raises I already earned previously thrown away, not added to it. So, still making the same as the new person hired last week. Despite experience, raises earned and time served. It's called a "minimum" for a reason. I shouldnt be making minimum. I wasn't making it before.
