Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Not my problem anymore

I am absolutely tired of being called for everything! Since I am one of the employees with the most experience in retail, all those in my office who do not know how to solve a problem call me. I think we should always help our colleagues, but this is really too much! Does Sam’s really think that they can hire just about anyone and then have someone else do the work for them?

I resigned after 28+ years, forfeited my severance $$ and am free and happy.....this will be my FIRST HOLIDAY SEASON that I can fully enjoy, worth any cost to me!!!! I can't believe how great I feel about my departure!!!!

I believe you. I've seen stupid in my time, but some of Sam's Club's decisions are beyond stupid and now I know why. People in your office do not know how to solve a problem.

Tell us what "problem" your infinite amount of retail experience has ever been called upon?
