Hello, I recently put in my own exemption request in about a week ago . I just wanted to know had any union person received an approval for an exemption request as of yet.

VAERS is unverified claims. I wish you id--ts would stop referencing it.
I was notified that mine was approved. I promptly printed several copies and emailed the notice to my personal email account. It took 3 attempts, which is weird because the info I provided didn’t change.
I find it so interesting how passionate the vaccinated are about the unvax choice to not get the jab. I've seen them call them stupid, id--ts, uneducated, and hope they loose their job. That I don't get. We surely don't tell the vaxed how stupid they are for modifying their dna, taking an experimental dr-g that "they" are trying to force down the entire populations throat for a virus that has a 1% mortality rate.
Vaxxers': Did you ever stop to question their motive? I have. I'll remain in the control group.

That has absolutely been the most thorough reply that I have seen concerning this topic!
Like I stated in the other thread concerning this ( which was downvoted for some reason )
I asked HR directly about it and the gist of it is this:
They have not started responding to bargained for accommodation requests as of 10/18/2021 and are still finalizing the management requests. They expect to begin sending out notifications to supervisors of non-mgmt to discuss accommodation options beginning in November.
As for the Texas Executive Order GA-40, they stated the exceptions are already in compliance with this order via Medical, Religious and now personal conscience attestations. I currently do not see the " personal conscience " as a choice when choosing what category to submit a Vaccination Accommodation, but will assume the statement can be included in one of the two existing categories. ( Medical or Religious )
They also stated they are not waiting on denials. They are reviewing the requests and the denials are already being sent out if the request does not meet the minimum requirements for an accommodation.
The way I read the latter, you'll need to submit a request through the system to be considered for an accommodation vs expecting the Texas Executive Order to automatically cover you. ( Assuming you work / live in Texas )

Don’t worry about us , there will be plenty of openings after the side effects of that shot starts taking shape ! They will be BEGGING us to come back to work !! You still have 2 years to find out just exactly what is going to happen to your body and your life as a reaction to you getting that shot! You are still in the clinical trial time period! Hope you make it to 2023!

So, i had covid 2 mo ago for 2weeks of fever. For you judgmental pro and non vaxxers, why exactly do i need a vaccine that is non-effective and will do nothing for me except possibly give me bad side effects. Seriously, i can prove medically that i have a ton of antibodies right now…..This is the problem many are having, why, why exactly do i need the shot.

Dang, you all are ruthless..Most people are not against vaccines, but in this case they are, due to the non-information on side effects. These vaccines are driven to the world as completely safe, and that is NOT the case. To those of you on the fence, please do research starting with VAERS website….There are problems with these vaccines including death and being permanently disabled, just to name a few. I have no problem mandating a vaccine if it really works well, but you are trying to mandate a vaccine that doesn’t really work, and are ignoring natural immunity (which can be proven in “Titers”) Its a double edge sword

To all the forced vaccine folks on here, I was vaccinated and experienced side effects as a result. I was diagnosed with myocarditis which is a side effect of the vaccine. I am a very healthy person and worked out regularly, now I’m not able to workout any longer due to the condition and struggle at times just doing normal daily activities. I am being treated by my Dr and a heart specialist. I generally have no problems with vaccines, but do not act like there aren’t side effects for some folks. That being said, I also do not support being forced to get some medical procedure to keep your job. That is just wrong and a very dangerous precedent.
Please tell us your painful excuse for why you cannot get it. Jesus told you not to? You have a legit reason medically? Lets hear the actual letter you devised

Trying to get a medical exemption for a true medical reason. I was denied the first time and the resubmitted request doesn’t look any better. I flat out asked hr if they were trying to force me into retirement. The answer was circular.

All will be approved or they are in violation of the law (ADA/eoc). The next step is job accommodation, that's where they will get you. Unless you are desk jockey or already working from home, accommodations will not be seen as reasonable.

They are giving your phony exemption its appropriate due.
You should probably just get the vaccine.
