Imagine being forced to be vaccinated with materials that are morally reprehensible and dangerous. This will not end well.

I am unvaxxed because I do not agree with using aborted cell lines in the testing of the vaccine. Since a reasonable accommodation of wfh is possible why would I be fired? After all since we believe in diversity my opinion should have as much weight as others right? Also there is a lawsuit on the exact reason I mentioned right now in Maine and NY and judges took opposite sides so this will go to Supreme Court. Still to fire employees over a vaxx mandate is very extreme.

The company is not afraid of lawsuits as there is long standing legal precedent regarding vaccine mandates in their favor. Every day there is another story about employee lawsuits being dismissed. The only gray area is regarding granting religious exemptions. None of the major religions advocate foregoing vaccinations. Also there is no consensus opinion as to what takes precedent when it comes to accepted religious doctrine vs. "deeply held personal belief".
As soon as the attorneys say we can with no fear of lawsuits. This is why we are not yet back in the office.
