Looking at other companies, the medical exemption is also available to all who claim an allergy. You need to provide physician info but you can decline permission to contact your doctor. HON is again unique as the form seems to say you have to give them permission to contact your doctor

An MD is not going to complete a vaccine exemption form for you unless you have a real/justifiable/legitimate medical basis for the exemption.

@rch: I did talk to my doctor. She looked at my medical history and told me that my record showed I had already stated "no known allergies". Also stated that when they give you the vaccine you sit in the waiting room for 20-30 minutes to see if you have a reaction. If you have one they can counteract it with an epinephrine or antihistamine injection.
So no, your doctor will not give a medical exemption just because you want one.
@mja+1 I just got my third Pfizer as well. They needed to inject better batteries so I could get the upgrade to iOS 15.

Most people think the medical exemption does not apply to them, but there is no requirement to demonstrate and prove an allergy to a substance in the vaccine. If you think you are allergic, you ARE allergic for an exemption purpose. Talk to your doctor about this today
For the religious exemption, the form for the letter from a religious leader states that you "should" supply one.
HON Legal knows that it's unlawful to demand one, but they will try to coerce you just the same. That's why they also say that if you don't supply a letter, you "must" tell them why.
BTW, Southwest is suspending the unpaid leave policy for those who request exemptions.
