Noticed posts and threads disappearing on this site overnight. What's up with that?

This topic pops up with regular frequency here, rules are somewhere in the footer - and the answer is always the same:
*english only
*no foul language
*no names, no personal info of any knind (execs=public figures, names ok)
*no insults/bullying/harassing
*no politics
*no religion
everything else is ok....
Yeah. Posts are deleted when you say things like “Hans Sux”.
Posts have always been deleted if they're off topic. And while the mandate is relevant, whether the vaccine is working or not is not. You have plenty of places online to discuss stuff like that. How hard is it to stay on topic?
