IBM doesn't seem to have much interest in accelerating the organic growth?

I got a solid offer last year and I past on it... now I am regretting my decision big time.
The only "organic growth" strategy that I've observed from IBM Management is to keep dumping manure on the employees. 😏

It's a 100+ year old company. How much more organic growth do you expect? It's about to die out.

forget organic growth in IBM , it is dead company so leave as soon as you can
