For those who've returned, how many days per week do you go in? Is your direct or skip level manager watching to see if you're in the office?

You can get your badge re-activated through an ACR, no need to go through Security.
I'm basically 2 days a week to keep the badge swipe active
I come in 3 days a week. Others I see are coming in 1-2 days a week.
As a former employee, if you don’t swipe your badge at least once in 30 days, it will deactivate and you have to go thru building Sec to get the badge reactivated. The incident is also sent to leadership.
Who still uses VPN? My team has been on HVD since 2019.
Everybody's VPN hours are logged and your boss can choose to look at the historical data any time they like.
But almost nobody is actually in the office. It's like a tomb.

My team got a talking to for not coming in often enough today by a higher up.
They said they arent monitoring badge swipes... I assure you they are, otherwise why would we have received a talking to?
Also, confidential reporting tool my a-s. Everyone in the office is vaccinated. Confidentiality out the damn window.
3 out of 10 returned on 9/9 from my team in CLT and none of the 3 are coming in to the office regularly, if at all.
Being in IT... I always smile at these questions.
Just so you know, they don't have to "watch" anything. They only have to request a simple report at the end of the month. It's trivial to see who logged in from the office, and who logged in from elsewhere. Badge swipes, VPN logs, etc...
