Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Schrodinger's layoffs

I realized that I both want and don't want to be laid off and until it happens I have no idea how I'm going to feel after the fact. I fear layoffs for the uncertainty of it all, but I welcome it just for a chance to leave this wretched place. The bank has definitely messed with us and our minds if some of us can't decide if being kicked out is a good or a bad thing.

I too am just sticking around for the package. I want to get laid off, but I know it will be like a punch in the gut & scary because of the unknown future.

@uwm+1dproOb6 STFU and quit trolling... If you don't like the threads then just leave and don't comment on everything. You have got to be the same f'ing troll that is making multiple posts on every thread. Go play in traffic on the way to the office and let us be.

I don't think its ideal to get laid off, but RTO or not I don't think my job is going to stay in the US for the foreseeable future... I resent the amount of outsourcing at BofA more than anything else, and the current RTO plans are just adding insult to injury. I'm just going to continue to do my job but also look at external opportunities in the year to come.
