They can't even keep the new hires

It could be considered success if Sam’s manages to keep the new hires during the holiday season. Holidays are getting closer, there is more work than ever, and people who have recently arrived are already leaving. Just when they have gained a little experience so they can do the job more independently, they run away from here.
It doesn't look good and it certainly looks like this is going to be one of the craziest holiday seasons?

You must be new. It's been like this since I started ten years ago. Seems mostly full-timers are the only ones who stick around for any length of time. And there are so many jobs out there that part-timers don't have to put up with the bull doo doo.
