More pay out of the executives instead of investing it into employees or God forbid systems.

Anybody who is legacy Crown would love for that to happen. Unfortunately, our fearless leader loves fiber, a business he knows nothing about. A lot of guys I talk to on the fiber side say it’s going down the toilet. They’re all jumping off the sinking ship and going to Lumen or Zayo.
I wish they'd just drop the whole fiber thing. It ruined the culture and the goofs in the north east are clearly the ones here driving all the negativity and constantly complaining about things and people that most of the company have never even heard of.
My problem is that the success of this company is on the backs of everybody working on the tower side while the fiber side, who has been bleeding cash, reaps the same rewards. They get enhanced bonuses and RSUs because of our success. We on the tower side get nothing in return.
And into our 401(k)s, so what’s your problem?
