Surprising this was in Inc. it’s basically an opinion piece by a freelance contributor.

We have been in an open office for 10 years. 150 people in one room, no cubes, no more than 3 feet away from our co-workers either side. The managers all had their own offices and only came out on food days lol. So much for collaboration.

I have no desire to work in an open office environment, and I agree with the general sentiment of the article. However it's a tad dramatic and reads like it was written by a 20 year old.

Sorry, but it is a cheap shot article at companies that want to do things a certain way. Just don't work there then. Also a very mask n_zi and vax n_zi article too. If you're trying to relate this to Wells, we don't know yet what they're doing.
