Surprising this was in Inc. it’s basically an opinion piece by a freelance contributor.
We have been in an open office for 10 years. 150 people in one room, no cubes, no more than 3 feet away from our co-workers either side. The managers all had their own offices and only came out on food days lol. So much for collaboration.

Why don't we know what they are doing? It has been 19 months. They have had a ridiculously long period of time to figure it out and communicate it.
That article had nothing to do with Wells Fargo.
I have no desire to work in an open office environment, and I agree with the general sentiment of the article. However it's a tad dramatic and reads like it was written by a 20 year old.
Sorry, but it is a cheap shot article at companies that want to do things a certain way. Just don't work there then. Also a very mask n_zi and vax n_zi article too. If you're trying to relate this to Wells, we don't know yet what they're doing.
