Give it a few years and by the time you’ve gained the experience that you need to move on, you shouldn’t be walking out the door - you should be running. Long time employees know that unless you’ve got the connections (even that is iffy) it’s just a matter of time before your ticket's been punched. Don’t believe me. Ask anyone currently employed there. Thank god I’m no longer one of them.

We all know it doesn't end well.
This used to be a good company to work for.
That ended more than 15 years ago when the GE spawned 'leaders' slithered into place and instituted the hated and evil GE culture. We all know how GE ended up.
I hope Neutron Jack is in a very toasty place right now.
