The fab boss at Urbana, we'll just call him bill, concerning bad employee survey results said (paraphrasing) you guys didn't do well on the employee survey, so you all want attention...we're paying attention. (said in a retaliatory tone) This after ripping the employees about production overtime etc. I'm still going to speak my mind on the survey!

It’s great to hear my voice is important on the same day I received my Monday, Tuesday and Friday “flex” schedule. I didn’t not fill out the survey last round in fear of being identified. I will this time….

"Anonymous" surveys are never anonymous. They know who you are. Respond to them at your own risk. I personally opt out of all of them. Upsets my manager because they have a metric, but not my problem.
I just wish I had left a little room in the numbers to go lower.
Probably going to suggest that free antidepressants being given out instead of covid shots.
