Irony - DW explaining MLRP

DW deserves to be PIP’d more than anyone in EM.

Prove me wrong.

DW does not seem to have a clue that the 8% PIP quota that he demanded has destroyed what little pride we had in EM after December 2020.

If the ranking system was fair then maybe MLRP would be reasonable but outright obvious id--ts get high rankings while technical experts that perform excellent work get NSI’d to meet DW’s 8% mandatory quota.

DW must be trying to increase attrition and make all the technical workforce feel like they are on a year to year contract. Gone are the days when we felt pride about working for a great Company that cared about employees.

Thanks DW

The man is a blot on the word leadership. His analogies are pathetic and at best of poor and childish quality…winning the race, in a race, football, I am underpaid, I fire people and they thank me for my visionary skills, yuck. EM should be ashamed for promoting someone as shallow as DW. The downward fate has been sealed for EM.

I watched the forum video and my main takeaway is that Darren definitely didn't get enough hugs from his parents as a kid.

Also nothing's changing so suck it up or ship out. At least it's good to know your options.

I think DW is a a symbolic disgusting human being. But!! is he as disgusting as CSR (Clinton, NJ) employees and management?
Tough to judge!

DW is encouraging more people to play the game. The line to suck his di-k is getting too short for his comfort level.

He did say people need to "learn to play the game" when referencing the ranking system.

@gfe - No, but football teams do routinely hire new college graduates and release aging, unwanted team members.

Please please say there wasn't another example of an American sharing a quarterback analogy? Us in the rest of the world have no idea about this game!

The football thing.

I’m from a place (the rest of the world) where football is played with the feet and head, so help me understand.

In American football, is it one of the rules for every team to attack and injure 8-10% of their own team mates, send this 8% off the field for a 3-month improvement, then they continue with the play? Is this what the teamwork is about, what he was saying
