What did BofA do to earn my loyalty? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. What can I do to earn theirs? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. No matter what I do the company will never show an ounce of loyalty to their employees. I was biding my time waiting for the right moment to leave. There were days that I just wanted to walk out but I had a game plan of my own. I have finally reached the personal goals I set for myself and I gave my 2 weeks notice. Can’t wait to be gone!

Good riddance, I’m sure they will happily take that since you were probably lowering morale for everyone around you.
There must be a lot of young, naive people here. Ive never trusted any employer, and I especially don’t trust HR. HR works for the company, not the employees.
Trust no one, verify everything.

It's a paycheck now. There is no difference between that and loyalty now.
Bank has handled things very poorly from RTO to compensation to benefits.
