Getting laid off from this company is a blessing. L3harris treats its' employees like livestock. Terrible health insurance, diminishing paid time off, ultra-left social justice warriors in HR replacing talented employees with dummies. The government would do well to kick this company out of the defense business. If you're talented and hard working, the company is not worthy of your gifts. Take your talent to where it will be appreciated. "Cast not your pearls before swine, lest they be trampled into the ground." This company will be dismantled and sold off in pieces soon anyway. It looks like Clifton, NJ is first and will shut down by the end of 2024. Right on schedule.
Greed, insensitivity, bottom-line hungry bean counting individuals. No longer care for the workforce that brings them business and pays their bills. Gratitude is NOT in their vocabulary or attitude. False pats on the back and lack of giving back to the team eventually leads to severe internal stress and eventual collapse. Shameful for such a large company to show it doesn't thank their employees by giving back.

Oh, it looks like we now have Juneteenth Day off in place of the extra Christmas break time.
