All told me they found better paying jobs with more interesting work.
Key people on critical customer funded programs.
can't fill their shoes.
don't know what they knew.
can't relocate.
Feeling pretty low.
Manager has been unreachable all week.
Where are the managers? We need help

Main complaint I hear is people are dissatisfied with the work load and way they are treated - managers in many cases don't seem to care about their employees anymore. Piling on work and hardly ever a thank you, let alone a decent raise. Lots of pushing, lots of hand offs of actions, lots of forwarded emails, very little help. People have left the company and not replaced so others told to pick it up. Reviews are "at standard" or below because "they are told to do so", whatever you do / how much you do is just you doing your job - including working at night or weekends. I haven't yet heard anyone jumping ship due to a covid issue - yet.
Bonus or extra incentive? Stock free fall mode and HW gives out free money, huh?
Crude joke
The managers have been moved from OH to Revcogs.
But they will still be required to do HPD, Block rating etc. nights and weekends.
Skilled labor leaving for better pay, benefits and work isn't the covid issue.
The pay issue and lack of advancement is no longer being tolerated.
The managers aren't the problem. They are mere puppets of the rotters at the top.
I noticed that mgrs vanished as well.
Heard ISC folks talking about a bonus coming.
It hasn't been covid mandates. This is just pure money and frustration with two faced management. Can't wait to see how the latest pulse survey goes.
I know what I will say
Same happening in Olathe. The Covid mandates are driving good people out of HON.
