honeywell Urbana machine shop supervised by people that know nothing about machining. All they know how to do is pull out there stopwatch and calculator and tell employees they're not producing enough parts. Never mind the worn out old machines and 3rd rate gauges and calibration service. What a joke

Sounds like we have a golden valley button pusher over here.
Push the buttons, and if you run a bad part, go ask for help. You aren't paid to adjust machines over there.

It's only a matter of time before they will find suppliers to machine the parts you are making. The numbers will be massaged to show a savings. We will have to deal with the quality and delivery issues later. I've worked this transition at sites making far more complex precision parts than you guys are.
