Many left. But now Finance is hiring in MX only. 🤔
Finance put out a ling list last week of those leaving in Oct. - Oct 25 I think. They took the voluntary back in May and had their time extended including getting a stay put bonus for some. Most took the voluntary/MVO in May because at year end they lose healthcare retirement subsidy and/or had negatively impacted pensions if they waited
There are no "offers". There are no "buyouts". Stop using dated language.
No union people will be offered anything...they need worker bees for the new buildout! They have people sitting around doing nothing day-in, day-out and they’re hiring more union personnel! The work is coming as they’ve said for the last 2 years, so far...
No fair! If they are making an offer, offer it to all business units across the board. Somebody must know somebody.
