Like most of you, I am really not looking forward to coming into the NYC office on Thursday.
I've seen several emails from managers who are like "Gang, let's make this fun and wear orange on Thursday!" I can't stand suck-ups, but I understand that you'll lose your job if you don't do what Frank says. Also... 4 DAYS A WEEK?! AND we have to be in from 9-5?! I'm sorry, but do you expect me to take a crowded train/subway at the same time as thousands of others, just to sit in the office and be on a Teams call? This mandatory return to office is ridiculous. Not to say that I haven't been given a raise since I started 2 years ago. I will not be staying at this company for much longer. There are plenty of other companies that allow WFH or at the very least a hybrid approach, nontheless pay more. SMH at this CEO and his antiquated values. We have been performing our duties just fine from our homes.

Here's to hoping that the rapidly developing east coast storm takes out NJ, or at least washes away the FISV building.
I started slacking off and spent my days looking for jobs when they gave me that 2% increase that barely cut inflation. I need motivation if I'm going to work for this company. I'm not longer proud to be working for Fiserv. I remember when I used to point out Clover devices in a store. Now I could care less.
I'd rather no raise than a slap in the face 2% increase they've given to people who work 12-14 hours a day.
Remember, it's business casual!
You should go and start coughing and hacking and sniffling all over the place. Put some make up underneath your eyes to make it look like you're coming to an end. That should make it fun. Oh and don't forget your orange shirt
