If the bonus payout is for the calendar year performance period (Jan 1 - Dec 31 2021), and lets say you leave or retire after Jan 1, 2022. Are you still entitled to your performance bonus?

No that I think it’s right, but clearly if you are not drinking the kool aide, you’re not gonna get the fat bonus.

Bonuses should be the least of your worries. The people getting the vaxx are the kool aide drinkers.
Why would your bonus payout amount be tied to your willingness to take a medical product?
If I were BM, I'd pay the vaxxed a lower bonus, knowing those are the people most easy to push around. If someone is too timid to look out for their own health, they are also too timid to demand appropriate compensation and/or leave to get it.
It would not be ideal to work the calendar year here and then leave before bonuses are paid out in Feb. Even if it takes temporarily returning to office, you should plan to stick it out and receive the bonus you worked for over the year.
Yeah, we will see, pal. Y’all gonna be whining and crying over sh!tty bonuses come February. In case you aren’t paying attention, why would they give a good bonus to the people that will not be able to be employed if they are not vaxxed. Answer: they won’t be. Bank on it. There have already been indications of raises being given to those who got the jab so they are not a flight risk for a better position.
