Training replacements

It would be interesting to know how long my replacement will last in my place, but from what I know, Fiserv replacements are now leaving in record time? I’ve heard of many examples where replacements are gone almost immediately after training is done. People stay here shorter and shorter. No one young and capable will stay here after seeing the first red flags.

Why would I stay here and train my replacement? That is so counter-productive for me and the new person. I would tell them to leave now, that's it. Ask them to think about why they are here, what circumstances brought them here and that should be enough for them to realize this place is a dead end one way street. Frank can stick his severance where the sun don't shine, he can keep his corrupt money.

Training??? Does not exist. And sometimes with a smaller company that is fine but with a behemoth like Fiserv.... Why are they a behemoth? Oh yeah, they gobbled up all the smaller private companies in their way to create a monopoly. Get out now.

No one older and capable will stay here either, and we've seen a sea of red flags.
