I left WF recently and it's good to be gone! I still peruse this site every now and then to remind myself how good I have it now. Nothing has changed, still lots of fed up employees, bad management, terrible leadership. They want YOU to QUIT! That means more attrition and less severance, more profits for the executives.
What a joke this place is, but if you stay it's your fault. It took me over a year to come to the realization it was time to move on, then I did. No regrets.
Worst leadership I ever worked with or for. A bunch of hypocrites basically, they say one thing and do another. They live by one set of rules, and expect others to live by another set. Just like Scarf didn't want to relocate to SF HQ but many others are having to do long commutes or relocate to keep their jobs. No thanks. My mental health is better now that I'm gone, working for hypocrites was terrible for it. My previous boss was asking everyone she hired to move to a hub while I found out she was allowed to remain in a non-hub city while asking others to uproot at their expense, but unwilling to make the same sacrifice herself, she was a C U Next Tuesday. What a joke it was working for serial narcissists who only think about what is good for them.
I will forever despite this company for as long as I live.
