Where do you see Fiserv 2 years from now?

How will things play out?

What are your thoughts?

Payments is where the margin is. For core systems, the margin just isn't there. (it's good, but not good enough for FB) I would expect the core systems biz unit to be either spun off or sold to a competitor in the next three years. There are only a few players with pockets deep enough to buy.

My guess, KKR will sell off their remaining shares, and come back to buy Fiserv on the cheap after Frank ki--s the dominate revenue streams like mobile banking, and online banking. I also see many lawsuit's for breach of contract for not providing services to meet Fiserv's obligations.

The other option is Frank is bought out, and the new CEO is brought in to get the company back on track.

Sold off in bits and pieces, with Frank the tank cashing in and not caring whose lives he and KKR destroyed.

I'm thinking at at this rate, Fiserv might end up in Chapter 11, if not total receivership.

In the rear view mirror. I left due to lack of trust in new management and uncertainty about the future.
