What would you say, what kind of worker is that?
All I know is that I'm not one of them. Since I do my job the best I can, but I don’t allow myself to be squeezed, I don’t think I’ll ever be their ideal employee.

Ideal worker: someone that is a su---r. I might add, your su---r factor can be measured in non-traditional ways, some of which are in force right now. Cheers
Ideal worker is on a visa from India and has nowhere to go but back or put up with any kind of abuse. Amiright?
people d-mb enough to believe they are living through a pandemic, and not smart enough to realize BoA was bailed out by the Fed starting Sept 2019
Bank of Americas ideal worker is willing to sacrifice the safety of themselves and their family by working shoulder to shoulder with hundreds of others during a pandemic without even questioning whether or not there may be better options. They also have no common sense or even survival instinct and are fine with taking booster after booster ad infinitum when due.
Someone who accepts change, but requires no change from the bank.
anyone who would jeopardize their own health with a dangerous jab.
that's the people they know they can push around and pay below market rate.
Hard worker who is young, married, broke and has young kids...they can mold you into who they want and can't leave because you can't afford to..actually have had 2 or 3 leaders say this
Ideal worker? All it takes is a strong work ethic.

ideal bofa worker is someone who is below avg. If they were any better they would not work here.
For those at the top no one is perfect enough, except themselves.
