Confidential COVID exemption discussion

I got an email from a HR Partner to schedule time to review my exemption request.

Has anyone had one of these meetings? What questions have been asked? Are they setting this call to reject my exemption or approve?

If anyone has any experience - please comment.

This article breaks it down pretty well and shows the emails:
https://technofog.substack.com/p/cdc-emails-our-definition-of-vaccine?justPublished=true

It shows the progression of the definition of vaccine from prevent to immunity to protection. Not a conspiracy.

If you didn’t know that, then you might also not know that the FDA approved shot isn’t available, only the EUA one. There’s 3 reasons for that:

  1. FDA approved requires more strict manufacturing - increases cost
  2. EUA gives them no liability, FDA approved they assume some liability.
  3. If an FDA approved shot is available, the the ones under EUA need to be halted. So possible anti-trust/collusion going on.

e-mails were shared through a FOIA request

You got a link or is this just more conspiracy trolling?

You do realized that e-mails were shared through a FOIA request that showed that the Covid-19 “vaccine” wasn’t considered a vaccine by definition, so they requested to change the definition of a vaccine to mimic therapeutic. This isn’t a conspiracy theory. This is real life and you keep drinking the kool-aid. Also take a look at deaths last year (with no vax) compared to this year (75%+ vax) and tell me that this thing works. Your ignorance and intolerance is off the charts.

Search for safer federal task force exemption template. Most companies are using it word for word, although there are some arguments that some of the questions violate the law. Pay attention to the last question about dr-gs you've taken and google for the proper answer.

"Vaccines are supposed to provide immunity. You just stated people with the “vaccine” have died. Therefore it is not a vaccine and you made my point."

No vaccine provides 100% immunity, that's why Herd Immunity is so important. To say "therefore it is not a vaccine" is either intentionally dishonest or profoundly ignorant. Either way, I'm glad you won't be an IBM colleague much longer

@8mcm+1dwcgW0L What were some of the questions? I'm not familiar with the forms of other companies. Thanks.

I had my discussion. Nothing really other than the questions most companies asked in their forms. No clue when they will make decisions.

Vaccines are supposed to provide immunity. You just stated people with the “vaccine” have died. Therefore it is not a vaccine and you made my point. Thanks!

Also from a statistical standpoint, you’re not very good. Nice try taking my cases stance and switching it to deaths to try to make your point. Doesn’t work here, but if you try that at IBM you might get promoted!

In data updated on October 18, 2021, the CDC reported that from over 189 million fully vaccinated people in the U.S. 41,127 patients have been hospitalized or died as a result of breakthrough COVID infections. That means that of all fully vaccinated people in the U.S., just 0.022 percent have been admitted to hospital or died as a result of a breakthrough COVID infection.

In what world is 0.022 percent "rampant"?

“Basic science”
Vaccines are supposed to provide immunity, but yet “breakthrough” cases are rampant. You’re an ignorant fool who doesn’t have the ability to critically think for yourself. The worst events in history were made possible by id--ts like you.

Totally in position to make fun of someone's faith as all of them are false and, among the antivaxxers you're all nutters who ignore basic science. Religious exemptions shouldn't be a thing.

My Dad was Jehovah Witness. I can still see the Watchtower periodicals in my mind. He died summer of 2000. He had lung cancer.

A couple of things, among others, remain clear in my memory.

When I was 6, I had a tonsillectomy. Days later at home, the stitches tore and I was rushed to the hospital. Doctors said I needed a transfusion because I had lost a lot of blood. My parents argued, and my Dad relented, and maybe I’m here today because he did. But I also remember not many years later, people were getting HIV from blood transfusions.

My Dad also used to tell me that I was so lucky, and I never knew what he meant. I had assumed he was referring to the fortune of a working, barely middle class household we had. He grew up very poor.

But as an adult, I know what he meant. Knowing his faith and study, I know he meant that I was lucky because in my lifetime I would witness something truly beyond amazing. It’s happening.

You really shouldn’t make fun of or mock another person’s faith. You shouldn’t seek to judge it either. You’re in no position to do such things. You’re only hurting yourself. You are in no way impacting a person with faith. Thankfully you are forgiven.

Even more so if you don't get your shots.

I didn't know there were so many Jehovah's Witnesses - since all mainstream Christian denominations are supportive of vaccines; there's only been a few small sects that have opposed it.

Most evangelical Christians opposing this are completely insincere in their opposition to vaccines. Y'all haven't opposed vaccines until now. Trump isn't a religion. If you are going to fake a vaccine like many people here suggested then it's quite clear you're insincere here.

Anyway this isn't any different from proving religious sincerity in opposition to a military draft. There is plenty of precedent for this.

You have to know there are people of faith being asked to judge the faith of others. Pray for them. They did not ask for this, nor do they relish it. This life in the flesh is temporary.

@1fil+1dwcgW0L: Fascinating. Science used to be about testing hypotheses, conducting experiments and confirming results, then asking more questions. Apparently now its about doing whatever is popular or whatever the government tells you to WITHOUT question despite what our "lying eyes" show us, as evidenced by all these people spouting "follow the science" as being the same people who think a man can put on a dress and heels, and magically become Loretta. But you knew this already.

@1wse+1dwcgW0L: Okay since you asked, I'll explain it, but first you should understand that I think this entire mandate is wrong if not illegal, yet that doesn't stop the idi0ts in charge from trying. Do you think they care about what is/is not prohibited to be shared? Have they given you any warm fuzzy feelings that at some point, they may step back and say "you know, we've badgered and beat the people enough. Let's give them a break."

Anyway to answer your question - here is a possibility: When I was vaccinated, I received a followup email that contained my info, the location I received the vaccine, the person who administered it, the manufacturer of the vaccine, the lot number, and the date and time. If IBM HR wants to be @$$holes about it, they could demand this information by offering you the "choice" to submit it or be put on unpaid leave just like they're already doing with the vaccine cards.

As for CLX, yup, it's a one-man operation opened in 2020 probably by someone who saw a golden opportunity on the horizon and took it. If you want to fill out a fake vaccine card, that's your business. I don't give a $h!t.

@1pmy+1dwcgW0L

Explain how IBM can find out if a vax card from the CDC (they are available online for download, blank) has been filled out by an individual who has not been vaccinated. There are no national registry unlike what sone people claim, some states may have state registry but most if not all are prohibited to share information with any employers. Then, It appears that CLX may just be a total joke since some have reported that it is a single employee company.

I'm not saying you should or should not do this, but if you take the "fill out your own vax card" route, you'll have to be okay with the prospect of being fired if they find out. I dont see HOW they could find out unless they're planning on reviewing every single US employee's vax card and asking for backup evidence. Since IBM HR serves no purpose other than to harass and eventually lay off US workers, they probably have plenty of time to do this. I personally have backup proof of my vaccination, but if they demand to see it, I'm going to stonewall as much as I can because 1) my personal health choices are none of IBMs f'ing business and 2) In a properly-run Constitutional Republic, these mandates are illegal and would have already been struck down by courts and 3) I f'ing hate the useless piles of sh!t that work for IBM HR. Hope this helps.

Just use your smartphone to record the meeting... in case of monkey business by HR hurting you, a lawyer could get you big money punitive damages etc but you need proof..

You need to look for successful letters and approaches. IBM needs to fear being sued including a major class action lawsuit so hard core legal letters may help. A number of constitutional lawyers have released potentially effective letters. What many corporations are doing is totally illegal (think nuremburg code from WW2, etc.) by forcing this vaxx as a condition of employment.
Ask yourself, why have so many healthcare workers refused the vaxx? Go on the legal attack.

Mine is scheduled. They won't be approving or rejecting during the meeting. The process is supposed to be interactive. Do some research on what your rights are and what they are legally allowed to ask about. The discussion is supposed to help them decide if your beliefs are sincere or not. As long as you stick to your beliefs and can example them, you will be fine.

If IBM follows the law, they cannot deny your religious request. I don't know yet if IBM plans on following the law or if they want to use it to fire a bunch of people.
