The announcement of a minimum hourly salary rate increase should make me happy, but in fact it does not make me happy at all, because I know that for a few dollars more, they will burden people twice as much with work. I would love it if I wasn’t right, but from my experience, BNY Mellon never gives more than it takes.

Yeah well how do you think people feel who have been here or perform high that now have people bumped up to match them who don’t perform the same or are new. It’s bs
They just love to dangle the cheese in front of the mice. Nothing will ever be in your favor in this place they make sure of that.
