Don’t fill out Frank’s survey

It’s a trap! The survey is NOT anonymous and communications will find a way to twist the results to justify Franks sh---y actions. We are not a family! Frank could care less about you!

Thanks Fiserv for the update on the engagement survey. I’m curious if their claims are true considering it takes months to get the results back, more time to formulate an action plan, and no time or energy from leaders to actually do what they say especially at the end of the year. But at least it will be administered after all the RIFs and relo discussions are complete. Isn’t that convenient.

We have been told for several years that if you have negative replies that it is an adverse reflection on your direct manager. If you think your manager is doing a good job in this POS company then you don’t want to do that. So the surveys are rendered absolutely unreliable. Most negative sentiment is for many levels above the immediate suffering manager.

I filled it out. Directed all responses back to these cuts. I said no supportive company forces employees to pick up their lives on a dime with no employment guarantee. And that no supportive company cuts knowledge and talent so drastically.

@dzb+1dxfKG8R: consider yourself gone. I did the same many years ago, when surveillance/tracking was in its infancy. I wouldn't recommend this, though, venting may appear good at first glance, but if you think about it, not venting and sticking it to them when they least expect it is actually a lot more fun.

The survey is about as anonymous as the Sedgewick vaccine tracking portal was. You know, the one that asked for your WorkdayID? Lol.
