CS stumbled, bumbled and uh, um ah his way thru the complete waste of time town hall. He worked at home to get another jab.
Now he wants all to return to office even if you were previously never at an office so you too can get your jab. Got to think a significant number will walk away from the clot shot.
Does CS comprehend the impact or has crazy Uncle Joe mentality spread to CS?

Charlie is a liar and a horrible public speaker. The fact that he says "he's never heard" of the great resignation is complete BS, and on top of that that he thinks people want to spend their entire career here?? Truly that's not the case and our attrition data proves it. We're losing the highest majority of the millennial generation at an alarming rate (something close to 50-60% enterprise wide) of voluntary attrition and before anyone starts generation bashing, let's not.. It's a very bad sign to be losing that age group (25-40). People are leaving faster than ever, and the enterprise isn't trying to do anything to stop it. Those that are left here are going to be overworked and the "beatings will continue". Try to get out sooner if you can - there's other opportunities out there.
Charlie's statement today that they want people to spend their entire career at Wells Fargo was interesting and encouraging.
In all honesty when I attended Toast Masters speaking sessions many years ago I did not realize that I would sometimes add in a "Um", or some such unnecessary distracting verbiage. I did notice in Charlie's meeting today that he added an "Um" or "Uhh", etc. after every couple of sentences. He does need to work on stopping that. It actually became rather "annoying" to listen to him speak today when he stopped with an "Um", etc. continually through the speech. Maybe he needs to write down his speech and read it while speaking? Guess he was probably somewhat nervous speaking to such a large audience. It would be in his best interests to try and realize he says "Um" every 2 sentences. Ha!

I was hoping as he spoke that he would announce his retirement. So we were not that lucky today.
I watched it, and if not for Covid, I could see CS handing out cookies afterwards. I have had enough of the pep talks.
I, seriously, throw up in my mouth a little bit every time a WFC executive uses fake “buzzword” terminology. (I don’t mind them when delivered sincerely.)
It’s like getting molested and then the guy asks you out for another “date”.
Why would I attend? Pretty talk is all it is.
