Maybe he took the same speaking classes as Jen Psaki. She talks the exact same way. I can't even listen to her. Every 3-4 words have an Uhhh, ummm or ah. Makes them sound very stupid. Or maybe thats what liars do. Uhh not sure.

@tbw+1dxoPECP Women are being hired all the time. If the trend continues, they will dominate up top. Give it a rest.

Anyone notice a map they presented had STL in Arkansas? Or that Philly was the US Capitol?

Does that sum up this company or what?

the reason for the stuttering and UHHHSS is because Legal has told him he has to dodge certain topics. Do not say xyz under any circumstances.

CS has resting sneer face, and our head of COMMUNICATION starting her portion by saying “ex-specially” just shows how terrible our senior leadership is.

there are hundreds of peer reviewed studies that prove women are better leaders and managers yet men think they are better than other people perceive them to be. https://markets.businessinsider.com/news/stocks/companies-women-management-leadership-stock-market-outpeformance-goldman-sachs-female-2020-11#:~:text=to%20BI%20Prime-,Companies%20with%20more%20women%20in%20management%20have%20outperformed%20their%20more,peers%2C%20according%20to%20Goldman%20Sachs&text=A%20new%20study%20by%20Goldman,their%20more%20male%2Dled%20counterparts.

He said something about it hurting his feelings that people don't say hi when going by his office. Besides all his ex JPM cronies or past work pals that he hired and gave sweetheart deals to, who else could even have access to his floor on the c-suite to do this? He exhibits such an aloof demeanor, it's highly doubtful he'd interact with the common folk even when leaving the building. I bet him and his exec buddies all have a special elevator that takes them right to their driver in the garage so they don't even have to do that. What a bunch of garbage.

Have you looked at why that is? How men feel more pressure to perform and not take time off when they are sick? How conservative and outdated gender roles pressure the woman to take time off if their child is sick or has an appointment? Because of taking that time off and being around their sick child they tend to get sick more often. They also have other issues related to their own bodies that can cause them to use sick time as well. These issues being overlooked when saying "but men can perform better" are exactly what needs to change.

Absolutely none of these should determine if someone is qualified for a job or not.

@xev+1dxoPECP your logic is faulty. Men are not a minority in the work place. They are overly represented in management positions.

Women make up greater than 50% of the population, so men are the actual minority.

once again ignoring that only 30% of management are women and pretending that people of color are more of a minority than WOMEN of all races, color, cultures

We are definitely getting it back. In the near future, no one will have computers, just d-mb terminals hooked up to centralized computing, while sitting in office space having to stare at the person across from you.

This is so very sad for me to watch.

I think in a couple years we will all look back see this was the beginning of the end.

Everything we need to succeed is there but the leadership is avoiding the work intentionally.

How can the OC watch this and be pleased? My local manager would be coachingvne and setting up a development plan to improve my speaking skills and how to tie actionable itens to generic statements.

35 million a year for a phone it in, shoot from the hip liberal talking head. We woukd be better off having Don Lemon be CEO
