Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

So close.....

The only thing more painful than working for Bank of America, is the final stages of a job app. I've been told that I am to expect an offer and preliminary numbers are good. What would crush me, is for this opportunity to vaporize and I'm back at square 1 and having to work for BAC.

Jobs are out there, but getting interviews is hard. Expecting about $225 base and $20k sign on bonus.....fingers crossed

Most companies are requiring remote workers to be vaxxed , make sure you get it in WRITING that you are not required to be vaxxed.

No matter where you land, yore still gonna need to ba vaxxed. Citi just put down the hammer, the rest will follow.

Better get it in writing that you don’t have to be vaxxed upon starting work, if that’s your thing.

The job market in today's environment is broken. People can apply to 100 applications they're fully qualified for but get maybe 2-3 call backs which may not even lead to an interview. Best of luck!
