you dont have any employees, please stop with the BS. you are a low level cubicle dweller from HR. you fill out TPS reports. that's why you are so adamant about getting your betters fired over a vax. but that's not how this will play out
I have been told to communicate to my employees Jan/Feb to expect a return date if you disclose as vaccinated by nov 1
So apparently the HR rep who posted the spreadsheet of actions for posting your status was accurate. Just on a leadership call and they spoke that an email went out to those who haven’t posted their status in the tool, must by nov 1. If not there will be disciplinary action.

Listen up…. Most people feel like they got bullied into getting the jab in order to feel safe about their job. I can guarantee people who took two jabs are not going to put up with this bullsh1t. Ive talked to many people who have had enough and will not be getting 3rd and 4th booster shots. This insanity needs to stop.

I was in an all hands yesterday where my 3 up mgr had an HR rep on and they both said the company hasn't even decided what to do next. Not with when folks are coming back and not with what happens if you don't put your info in the tool. So, I agree with folks saying that there is just a lot of misinformation being posted here. Treat all the doom and gloom, submit or be fired stuff with a healthy dose of skepticism. I am sure the pressure will ramp up but for right now this still feels very status quo

why would you input anything? RTO is a scare tactic to get more jab uptake, nothing more. How are people so naive, especially when it comes to the health of themselves and their family?

once you input into the tool you will get tossed into the next wave to return. no special math needed. is pretty damn empty still. most go in 1 day a week or less.
