Must bleed orange
55 hour work weeks
Lowest compensation in the industry
No work/life balance
Must live in New Jersey in one of the most expensive areas for property taxes and car insurance.

We take the future of workplace flexibility and productivity very seriously that is why we are installing productivity monitoring tools like spacience buddy to monitor your work because, hey, we don't even trust you when you are in the office which we will monitor by the number of badge swipes you make in a week. If we find you don't swipe 3x, your friendly VP will reach out to ensure compliance.

"Work Life Balance " sure rack up the vacation PTO is what it's called but can't use it due to working those 55 hr weeks and having work pile up while you are on PTO usage time! Stressed while on vacation how is that work life balance! They basically told everyone they don't give 2 craps about them and then expect them to train their replacements AND increased the work! The CEO needs oxygen because his head must be too far up his rear cutting off his mental clarity!
