I'm going to keep working at home forever and Frank can't do anything about that :-) I have too much product knowledge for them to ever get rid of me.

My succession plan for all my Associates, including 30 year veterans, was "hire someone and train them" if they left.
Thats true for the rest of the company.
We are all expendable carbon-base lifeforms to them.

You're probably first on the list. I thought it was obvious they don't want people with product knowledge working here.
I sure hope this is sarcasm as I know people that got let go recently with tons of product knowledge.
