Yes, but those people who were given the package volunteered. They were retirement age and were waiting for this for over a year now.

Some areas of GTS yes, but might have been more Network than IT this time. There isn't much IT left. VBG too.
I heard the same thing. I was just looking at the STI numbers and they show yellow for operational costs so gotta cut some heads to get that bonus up.
You get the bonus or you get whacked. I love the corporate world.
