Unvaxxee will be given the week of 11/1 to comply. The bank isn’t going to lose its government contracts over anyone in the anti-vax crowd.
RIF packages will be created over the 11/6 weekend and notices will start going out 11/8.
Unvaxxed will be gone by end of month. No severance because it’s “with cause”.
Then you can come here and complain that they fired you right before Christmas.

If anyone thinks the world has come this far pushing the vaccines to back down now, you’re not paying attention. This is only the beginning. Get vaccinated or wind up be re-educated in a FEMA camp, your choice.

I was on a fraud department call this afternoon. What came up is that the bank doesn't care if you had a booster or not. All they a care about is if you got 1 J&J or 2 of the others. I'm due for my Pfizer booster. My original vaccine efficacy is now about 47%. They will call me in in 30 days of I up load my vaccine card. So they want to get us back in the office no matter what! I haven't decided if I'm going to give them what they want yet. Topic to be discussed with my wife this weekend. What I would like to do is tell B M to crawl up is bu-t and fa-t.

@kss+1dys7Z56 While I don't disagree with your sentiments, the vaccinated are still capable of infection and infecting others. How is BofA going to handle waning vaccine efficacy or keep track of when vaccinated employees need a booster shot? Technically, if you were vaccinated more than 6 months ago then you may as well be considered unvaccinated. How will BofA treat these employees? It will reach a point when even the vaccinated will become hesitant to continue getting rounds of boosters only due to the fact that BofA has thrust them into a high risk environment by requiring RTO when in reality our jobs are fully functional remote.

I am sick and tired of the unvaccinated causing such hysteria and making untrue claims. You are an employee at will, meaning you can be let go at any time for any reason. The safety of everyone is contingent on everyone being fully vaccinated. If you don’t like this, you are free to leave. You are owed nothing. We people that are vaccinated are owed a safe and non hostile work environment sans the constant complaining of people who just want to stay unvaccinated so they can WFH.

It’s getting old. Grow up. Time to stop spreading fear and be a productive member of society instead of trying to cause chaos and unrest.

If you waive hipaa rights and disclose your status you pave the way for one or both of the following. Step one rto for all employees, with all unvaccinated herded together into a separate building making it obvious who is unvaccinated and paving the way for workplace discrimination or even violence depending on how much more unvaccinated fearmongering the media does. Two, once everyone's status is on file they know who they need to force vaccines upon when the mandate rolls out. The truth is this disclosure requirement is just as serious as forced vaccination. So to anyone who is interested in trying to save their country from complete and total medical tyranny, take a stand now! Do not disclose your status unless you want to be forced, and if you are vaccinated do not disclose your status unless you want to see your coworkers forced, and unless you're ready to have a booster forced upon you probably very soon. This is it, dig your heels in now or we all know where this is going. 80% has not disclosed and the bank cannot fire us all.

If receiving the emails from internal distribution group called “speak up” ( it doesn’t bother to disclose itself) intimidating to upload the vaxx status, just try to forward the email, see if infosafe will block it. If it is legal and no private info and sensitive info it should not be blocked. Do Not waive HIPPA.

Please, do us all a favor, just refuse to input your vaccination status and keep telling yourself they can’t terminate you. Fact is, everyone will know very soon what being unvaccinated will mean for your successful future with any company. They’ve already made it quite clear how this plays out. It seems those employees who are stubborn and deniers of the crisis at hand will find out they have an entire new set of worries; being unemployable due to their vaccination status. Once your terminated for that, no one will want to hire your for being stubborn or in denial of the seriousness of the disease.

This honestly isn’t even up to the Bank. Biden’s order said federal contractors must have their employees vaccinated. If a company has 100 employees or more and aren’t federal contractors, their employees can test out. Banks are considered federal contractors so their employees can’t. They are gathering status in preparation for the official rule verbiage. The email notifying us of the requirement clearly mentioned the requirement for “companies that provide services to the US government”. After collecting status, they will put out a requirement and you’ll have to comply, get an exemption approved, or find employment in a new field. The US gov doesn’t not care about job openings in any field, even their own.

It’s tiring seeing the same question asked over and over again.

You will need to be vaccinated to work. It’s as simple as that. If you really don’t want to be vaccinated, you can leave. The question is why a stay if you are so miserable? Having these anti vaxxers working alongside the vaxxed is not going to work well, as the anti vaxxers on this board are downright hostile in their posts. I’m vaccinated. I don’t want to work with unvaccinated and have to deal with them being a potential health risk to me and my family. If they get covid, are asymptomatic, get vaccinated infected and we bring it home to our young kids, that is going to be a disaster. Yeah yeah, I’ve heard all the rumors, but the fact still remains unvaccinated pose a health risk to everyone.

2022 can’t come soon enough.

I think you are suffering from denial. I understand this is difficult, I too could not believe that vaccines would one day be mandated and we will need them to work and to do everyday things in society (like shop, go to doctor/dentist, attend a kids soccer game). But we need to come to grips with the fact that the conspiracy world has spread a lot of misinformation about the vaccines, none of what they are saying is true, yet the sheep are believing random people posting YouTube videos, or worse, Alex Jones.

I think with each day that passes and has more people get vaccinated, we will look back at this and realize a lot of people worried for nothing. There is no plot to sicken or k1ll people or to depopulate, these are all horrible internet rumors and people are destroying their families, friendships and careers because they are afraid. We all die one day, that is for sure true, but the fear mongering over this vaccine has surpassed all levels of insanity. Can you imagine where the world would be with no polio vaccine?

I got the vaccine because i am a provider for my family. If I die, so be it, I’m well insured and I’ve made a lot of money over the years in the market and at my job, so my family will be well off if something happens to me. But I’m not about to walk away from a very well paying job, benefits etc all because Alex Jones thinks its the end of the world, I’m more inclined to believe they want you flat broke by means of being unvaccinated and jobless. Use logic, if you are going to follow conspiracy theories at least pick the ones that make the most sense, wiping out everyone’s wealth via no job because you’re not vaccinated and have to use all your savings, home equity, etc is more viable. Companies will be able to terminate all who refuse the safety protocol of being vaccinated and won’t have to pay severance or unemployment benefits. If you think they are going to segregate vaccinated from unvaccinated in designated office spaces or via WFH, you’re living under a rock.

Citigroup is setting the stage. Everyone else in financial industry will announce the same very soon.

Contact HR, why are you asking here? You already know deep down inside what’s going to happen….they are allowing people to get their vaccine and once the deadline is set, there will be no grey area, you get vaccinated or terminated. If you can’t see that this is where it’s headed, I think you have a severe case of delusion and denial. People all over the country are being terminated for refusing to get vaccinated. Citigroup just announced it mandatory vaccine or terminated, look it up.

Please stop asking everyday, you are not going to get a different answer. Vaccines are the future. Deal with it. It’s time for everyone to move forward.
