We need to protest like employees of other companies are doing. Right here in Phoenix. Any suggestions on how to arrange this?

Oh yeah, how was the service at BK? I've heard they are short handed and the drive thru gets backed up. Maybe they are hiring. Do you think they require proof of vaccination?
Okay so here’s the plan. Everybody willing and courageous enough to stand up and fight, we will be gathering around noon to organize a protest. We want both shifts available, so that is why that time was chosen. The meeting will be set close to the R&O facility in Phoenix. We plan on having city council members that are also against the mandate. Please be courteous, this is going to be a peaceful protest. Absolutely no weapons and no signs of aggression towards anybody period. We will be meeting at the Burger King on Buckeye/16th st. Then we will slowly March towards the facility. This is it for all my people, we fight like h e l l. And if you don’t fight like h e l l, you’re not gonna have a country anymore. Good luck and don’t forget when we meet at BK to grab an application cuz you’re all gonna need it!!

Honeywell will eliminate your jobs. You’re not working for a normal company.
I’ve been working at Honeywell for almost 10 years. In those 10 years. I can’t recall a incidents where Honeywell has been on the news for how they treat their employees.
I guarantee, if you walk out and protest against the mandate. It makes the news. It will be all over for you and your buddies. If they don’t get rid of you, don’t bother applying for new jobs. They also will it make your working experience worse than it was before.
You will know the meaning of a toxic work environment. I guarantee you’ll quit or they will force you out.

Unionizing would be a better idea than a walkout long term. By all means do a walkout, but understand they want you to be replaceable anyways.
Want to really show them you mean business? Unionize. Unions will stop them from doing this and also help prevent the pricks who run Honeywell from stealing from you.
Want to really hit them where it hurts? Unionize salaried employees.

NO BA--S you can't get enough participation to make this affective. We tried so many times for different reasons over 37 years In Phx. to make a walk out work but it never did.
