I'm waiting for my match and bonus, hey
Two bottle o' wh----y for the day
And I sure will celebrate leaving this company
I'm leavin' after the bonus no matter what you say

When I'm gone
When I'm gone
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
You're gonna miss me by my hair
You're gonna miss me everywhere, oh
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
When I'm gone
When I'm gone
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
You're gonna miss me by my walk
You're gonna miss me by my talk, oh
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone

I plan to start my days all over towns
The ones with the prettiest of views
They got mountains, they got rivers
They got sights give you shivers
And it will be so relaxing without Wells

When I'm gone
When I'm gone
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
You're gonna miss me by my walk
You're gonna miss me by my talk, oh
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
When I'm gone
When I'm gone
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
You're gonna miss me by my hair
You're gonna miss me everywhere
Oh, you're sure gonna miss me when I'm gone
When I'm gone
When I'm gone
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone
You're gonna miss me by my walk
You're gonna miss me by my talk, oh
You're gonna miss me when I'm gone

MNs town hall last week was hilarious. the question at the end to her senior leadership about what they'll take away from COVID. They all spoke about work life balance. being home for dinner, working out during the day, not commuting, etc... everything was completely contradictory to what MN was touting earlier in the meeting about RTO

Maybe instead of talking to their peers, Mandy and Charlie ought to read the questions that are submitted. I think that there may be a handful of people who are excited, because there are social people who miss being around other people. Then there is the rest of us… Those calls seem to be P.R. campaigns, rather than anything grounded in reality. Do we all really think that our strengths are DE&I, Building High-Performing Teams, and my personal favorite; Foundations of Trust? Then we got to the HR slides where the part of the new initiative is to create a better employee experience.

So let’s see, how many people feel “included and valued” with telecommuting agreements becoming null and void, in some cases commutes have been extended, and submitted questions are ignored, even when submitting in advance and during the call, and future growth opportunities have been squashed if you aren’t in a hub location?

How is that “Foundation of Trust” being built when they flat out lie during the town hall calls?

How are we getting high scores for DE&I when someone who has a claim filed against them, multiple people can back the claimant’s position, and the resolution is to promote the person?

This company is so unprofessional and all over the place. Make up your mind once and for all and stop being so wishy washy - especially with people's lives - both mentally and physically. My gosh.

I really can't believe these incompetents at the top make that much money for being incompetent. And that word is being nice.

I deleted the email. I'm fortunate I have an accommodation to stay WFH due to a medical need. And, even though the CPG system still doesn't show it, my manager ran it up whatever chain of command and let them know I wasn't RTO. I also know plenty others who delete the email and do not plan on going on Monday.

That game is rigged in several ways, so we'll never know. Once researchers start compiling data on patients coded with clots / strokes / heart attacks and comparing 2021 vs previous years, then we can start talking numbers. The difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated people is what they are in the hospital for. Believe it or not, most hospitalized people aren't COVID patients. In any case, the similarity between the two groups is that neither one will ever be "fully vaccinated". The boosters will continue, and get closer and closer together. They're already talking semi-annual, and it'll go to quarterly, and then monthly, and no matter how increasingly ineffective they get, demands to get them will continue. Big pharma profits demand it.

@rll what percentage of the total hospitalized do they make up?

You can ask "what about" till you're blue in the face if you don't bring data proving your point. It's not my job to prove your BS claim wrong, it's your job to prove it right.

@gxb - What about all the fully vaccinated people who have been hospitalized?

But you go right ahead…😎 Test the narrative and we shall see if it works.

It is bad enough having to spend all day in an enclosed floor with employees potentially lying about being vaccinated and/or not wearing PPE. it will be far worse going into even smaller conference rooms with doors shut. That will be an emphatic “NO!” If that happens.

Look, if is. It safe on premises, I will leave and deal with the aftermath later.

Don’t forget about the flu vaccine. More incentive to wear a mask at all times inside.

How about those they screwed over by giving them a new location that is 2-3 times or more the length than the previous office location? Won't be going back until they fix that mess.

@esu except that vaccination reduces the severity of the infection, so they are highly unlikely to get "very, very sick" if they've been vaccinated.

Just stop already, you're not convincing anyone.

I left back in May, but IF I was still there it would be a NO lol.

At some point, someone fully vaccinated will get the virus and get very, very sick from someone else fully vaccinated.

That email invite was a mess! Mismatched fonts, new “do what you’re comfortable with” masking guidance, limited or no available tech support, disruptions as they are still trying to configure the office space (they’ve only had 20 months to prep for this!).

To answer the question - HE-L NO!!

Although I miss seeing some team members that I actually work with at our site I really do not want to take a chance of getting exposed to Covid, if I do not have to. My 2nd dose of Pfizer Covid vaccine was administered in April 2021. Medical experts have stated the vaccine effectiveness will decline with time. Actually November 2021 is my 6 month window for the Covid vaccine to possibly/probably start to wear off. If I have to RTO, sometime 1st quarter 2022 for my IT team, I will plan to get the Pfizer Covid vaccine booster shot a month prior to arrival at the office. I think it is good that Wells Fargo is stating that only Covid vaccinated employees can RTO and travel for company business.
