And they depend on your boss. With good boss, knowledge is most important and if you know what you're doing you're safe from anything. Plenty people love working at EM for a good reason. With bad boss, no matter how well you do your job you're not safe. He'll even want to kick you out for being a threat. I wish I worked at the first EM all the time but I don't.
