Dear Intel colleagues,
I know and agree with all of you that the Open door investigation is not fair process. But everyone reaches their limit working for an incompetent, political, as----e manager (these words are not sufficient to describe him) and ODI is the only option I have left. I escalated to HR 3 times during this year and provided various facts. After each escalation, instead of correcting his behavior, my manager’s actions have gotten worse. Familiar…
The fact that this guy behaves like it is a regular day at work when acting against code of conduct or values etc.. shows those mean nothing. Remember BK, the clown, having a decade long relations with a female and taking care of her career in the process…promoting his TA to Vp, Chief diversity officer..
After each escalation, I received “sorry you are having trouble with … what can I do for you?” email from my HR partner.” What can I do?” Really do I need to spell it out for you, You are the HR enforcer of values, code etc.. you figure it out.
what do you expect from HR - fairness, equity. They do everything to please the top exec and his/her friends by letting them hire/promote their friends and family. Just look at the grade levels of hires under new executives .
Could you kindly let me know what to do, not to do during the ODI. I have a first meeting scheduled with 2 people. Is this new? Was it one case person before? Thank you.
