Well, since the Omicron variant has reportedly mild symptoms compared to the others, there will probably be no change in RTW plans, as most have already realized and I see some of the WFH children are venting their frustrations by playing on their PC on this site. They will be in the office under supervision soon. So sad...............

Beyond Omicron it would be more sensible to stay work from home in general. We are able to work from home and many people's teams are spread around the world anyway. Not sure why people are desperate for a commutes, paying for expensive parking, and sitting in a cubicle all day. If you want to do that then by all means head to the office but those who don't allow us to do our jobs from home as we already have been doing for 2 years.

Will the Omicron coronavirus variant impact RTW? I’m not sure stance Chevron will take on this, but I’ll bet a large sum that Puppet Biden and the ultra progressives in power hope it continues to impact not only Return-To-Work around the country, but that it continues to erode the US economy in general. What they wish more than anything is the destruction of capitalism and to have the masses become heavily dependent on big government.

On the RTW topic… I prefer to work from home because I’m commute-intolerant, but I understand that some people need the community of the office. Everybody should be free to go into the office as they please (and not have to wear star-belly sneetch stickers).
Seriously. We should be back at the office in person. The only way to conquer this is to build up immunity, people will get sick, some will die but we have to get back to normal. Can’t let this destroy our lives.
