Your principal is getting decimated and the quarterly payment is poor relative to alternatives. If you are an income investor this is a pi-s poor investment and you are living in the past. Stock is heading to the teens in 2022.

Did you actually look at the quarterly payment? It is very good relative to alternatives. The stock price is a different story. Open your eyes.
