Let's speak realistically. Most of us,if not all, are not satisfied with the fact that raises are so rare, and when we get them they are far below what we expected or what we deserve.
I got a raise at the beginning of last year but it was barely enough to cope with higher living costs.
I’m curious to know what the employees think, what raise would be fair for them,keeping in mind their positions and pay grades.

tbh, even a 25% payraise and i will still feel sh---y. work load is cr-p, expectation is out of reach, line managers who cant lead.
list can ho on and on but why bother
