If were to require everyone return to work, then shouldn’t the managers work in the very same facility as those who work under them? Makes no sense that managers manage facilities in different states. Lets try and be consistent, practical and efficient.

You are using logic to explain something that isn't based on logic to begin with. Forcing everyone to work from the office when literally all of their work could be done from home was never logical to begin with.
@1wie+1e4jM6cE An Alpharetta manager that relocated from Remote/ Lake Mary is only working 3 days in the office.
Alpharetta managers that I know of were ordered onsite in September.
My VP said there is a push to get people managers in on of two cities. I assume those two citirs are Berkeley Heights or Alpharetta.

Consistent, practical, and efficient are not in Franks wheelhouse nor mentioned in the latest and greatest 'Id--ts Guide to being CEO' book he's reading.
