Logged in by phone app this morning to check balances and was shocked to see $0.00. No balance details, no fund details, nothing.
Opened my laptop, logged in, again $0.00. I’m not sure if there was an email about regular system maintenance, or if anyone else is having these issues. I cannot call until 7 AM Central when they open.
Anyone else experiencing these issues?

It all evens out in the end.
I removed all my money transferred to an out side company along with my cash balance plan once I retired....I recommend you do the same.

You can see the rate of return and transaction history are still there. Likely an issue with the app retrieving balances from the system.
