Why on earth would I ever leave this job. My net worth now $100 million. And I get to vote myself raises, cash bonuses, RSUs, and utilize clever XTO accounting stunts to get even more for myself and all the minions that follow me and say, "yes, sir", whenever I share my best and my brightest of all words.

I thought DW has to go through PIP because of his last performance ? It seems like he has passed his PIP with flying colors...otherwise he probably forced to retire :p

When DW said we would be encouraged by the raises,,,,he meant that we would be encouraged to leave EM.

Definitely delusional when he said we'd be encouraged by raises and gave out average 2-3%. We survived the gauntlet, 401k cut, stayed during great resignation and even if we ranked well we got 3% at the end of the race? F#%^ that! Can we fire him please.

Because the view from a villa in Lake Como is better now than it will ever be in the future.
Silly question.

Why would he? He just got a $3.1 million bonus in November.

If the cash flow looks anything like his has this year going forward then no way. The board and shareholders are happy and frankly no it doesn't matter how employees feel about him unfortunately. There are those in Dallas that want him out but cash is king

@OP He’s isn’t going anywhere, so the question is moot.

Even if he does, who/whatever they replace him with will be as bad or worse. Besides that, the damage is done; the standard corporate maneuver of ditching the CEO and rebranding while keeping all of the same policies won’t fix that.

Thanks for asking.

Yes, because he’s not a good public-facing representative of the corporation (Rex was way better, for example). There are several other at the EVP/SVP/BU President level that would be better.

This was discussed many times on this forum and there is a general consensus that he should be asked to leave
